Who is Symphony Fabrics?

Symphony Fabrics has been a fabric industry leader since 1939. Symphony Fabrics collection includes a wide variety of fabrics for dress wear, cocktail apparel, women’s wear, special events, party planning, uniforms, home décor, and other uses. Symphony supplies high quality fabric at competitive prices to its customers by offering the most trendsetting, innovative, and modern fabrics on the market. Symphony supplies both domestic and international fabrics for purchase with both product development and in stock goods.

What if I have a question not found in the FAQ’s?

Why am I assigned a sales representative?

Symphony Fabrics prides itself on good customer service and we believe that being assigned a sales representative will help us get the right fabric for you.

What are the minimums for production orders?

The minimums for production orders vary from 300 to 1,000 yards depending on the fabric. For certain items, the minimum can be over 1,000 yards. Please check each the product descriptiosn on each fabric for this information.

What if you don’t have the fabric that I am looking for on the website?

If we do not have the fabric that you are looking for on the website, please contact us. The fabrics on the website are the fabrics that we currently have in stock. We do carry fabrics that are not online.

I want to come to your showroom. When can I come to your showroom?

We would prefer if you made an appointment before coming to our showroom. Please contact us to make an appointment.

How do I place an order online?

Please go to our shop page, click on the fabric and allotted amount, and add it to your cart. You can then follow the instructions on the pages to buy fabrics.

I’m very picky about the exact color of the fabric that I like online, what should I do?

If you are set on a certain color of a fabric, we recommend that you either buy a color card, order a swatc, or come to our showroom to look at the colors in person. This will prevent you from ordering a color that you may not want. If we are able to match the color to a Pantone® number, then you may look that up online as well. 

If I like a fabric, but I am unsure of how it may feel, what should I do?

We strongly suggest that you order a swatch before placing an order if you are unsure of the fabric exact feel and color. You may also call our Symphony OTC representative to see.  

If I am trying to start a company and I need fabric, how can Symphony retail help me?

If you are a start up company, most likely you will buy a small amount of fabric. Our retail division will allow us to provide you the opportunity for you to buy a small amount of fabric at a good price and will provide you with expertise on how to best use our qualities in your line. So please do not hesitate to contact us.

What is the minimum for over the counter (OTC) orders?

The minimum is 5 yards.

What do I do if I want to buy more fabric than you have listed online?

If you are looking for more than the allotted amount of fabric on listed on our website, please contact us.

What if you do not have the fabric quality or color that I am looking for?

If we do not have the fabric color or quality that you are looking for, please contact us. We may be able to place a special order just for you.

How can I check the status of my order?

To check the status of your order, please check your order status on my account. If you buy fabrics as a guest, please email us at info@symphonyfabrics.com. You will receive an email from us when we have confirmed your order and when your order is shipped.

What if I Need to Cancel or Change My Order?

Please note that we are unable to cancel orders once they are submitted. Your unwanted item can be returned. For instructions, please see our Return Policy. Once the returned item has been received at our warehouse, a credit for the product price and tax will be issued to your account in approximately 2 to 3 weeks.

What is the difference between ROT, D/R, and Flat Fold when I place an order for fabrics?

ROT means that you would like the fabric delivered as “roll on tube.” D/R means that the fabric is folded on a double on roll. Flat fold means that the fabrics will arrive folded. Flat fold is only available for orders of 5 and 10 yard orders. ROT and D/R are available 25 yard orders. ROT is available for orders of 50 yards and above.

What is the cost of shipping goods?

The cost of shipping goods will depend on the delivery time and weight. When you checkout, you will see how much the cost of shipping is fore each item.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept credit card payments for online orders.
